Pathological biochemical and physiological deviations start long before being recognized as such by the individual or a physician is able to identify objective parameters. Precursors of these deviations are, if detected in time, reversible in most cases.

Prevention, despite objective and subjective advantages, is not a part of mainstream medicine. The reason is not, that its importance is not recognized nor accepted - "revolutionary" ideas have always existed - but because of a lack of scientifically profound methods and tools, allowing to look behind the "scenery" of pathological processes.

For example until some decades ago the diagnosis of cancer usually meant the death of the affected, since it was too late for treatment. Today, modern diagnostics allows detection of diseases in ever earlier stages, raising the chance of healing. If the origin could be identified even earlier, say in the reversible pre-preclinical state with unspecific characteristics, it would be possible to prevent the outbreak of many diseases.

It is the mission of ABCD to provide techniques to identify the warning signals of the body, caused by endogenous and exogenous deviations in physiological and biochemical processes. Thus it becomes possible, either by individual effort (sports, wellness, dietary etc.) and/or professional help (health check, specific diagnostics) to intervene in time. In case of disease the effectiveness of therapeutic measures can be evaluated as well.
